Indians and Mexicans are the most willing to become expats

Recruiter magazine has reported that a survey has found that employees in India, Mexico and China are the most willing to become expats in order to find the right job. The survey spoke to at least 400 workers in every country and covered 32 of the world’s largest employment markets.

According to the survey results:

  • Respondents in India (73%), Mexico (70%) and China (69%) are the most willing to look for a job abroad.
  • Respondents in the US (31%), Czech Republic (30%) and Denmark (28%) were the least willing to look for a job abroad.
  • Denmark and Mexico are the most satisfied workers worldwide, with 81% of those in both Denmark and India and 82% those based in Mexico saying they are satisfied in their current role.
  • Japan (34%) had the least satisfied workers globally.
